Советы психолога: ребенок и компьютер

Мне часто приходится слышать вопросы: «А не опасен ли компьютер моему ребенку?», «Сколько времени можно проводить за ним?», «Не мешает ли он нормальному развитию?». Я постараюсь разобраться и ответить, что же такое компьютер для детей, в чем польза, а в чем недостаток.

Нужен ребенку компьютер или нет, вопрос уже не обсуждается. Как и не обсуждается то, нужны ли нам автомобили, стиральные машины и есть ли на свете медведи и т.д. Компьютер ребенку потенциально нужен – с этим согласны все родители. Но на каких условиях, и в каком возрасте допускать ребенка к этой полезной технике? Объективно одно, что с самого начала надо постараться управлять этим процессом.

Это удобно

Благодаря компьютеру можно освоить новое, не выходя из дома, в темпе, который удобен ребенку. А это комфортно. Компьютер не критикует, он лишь указывает на ошибки, предлагая их исправить и получить конкретный результат. Он не обескураживает, не заставляет краснеть и пугаться, когда что-то не получается. Не вышло? Никто не осудит. Можно повторять шаг за шагом, поднимаясь на новый уровень.

А сколько пользы!

Компьютерные забавы служат сильным импульсом для развития ребенка. Проблемы, с которыми сталкивается малыш в виртуальном мире, активизируют его восприятие, память, внимание, мышление, воображение, обучают работать в быстром темпе и в постоянно меняющихся условиях, развивают волю, терпение, упорство в достижении цели. Компьютерные игры учат ребенка планировать и анализировать свои действия, разрабатывать стратегии и тактики. Ребенок приобретает навыки переживать свой неуспех, исправлять свои ошибки и совершенствовать свои умения. Положительные достижения в игре повышают самооценку, столь необходимую для личностного развития.

Компьютер учит схватывать информацию буквально на лету, воспринимать проблему или задачу в целом и искать пути ее решения. Быстро ориентироваться и быстро действовать и руками, и головой. Быть упорным в хорошем смысле слова, делая попытку за попыткой и идти к своей цели.

Так же есть огромное количество обучающих компьютерных игр по различным направлениям и тематикам, ориентированных на разный возраст. Они просты и интересны не только для детей, но и для педагогов и родителей.

Ложка дегтя

Как мы уже разобрались, компьютерные игры способствуют развитию ребенка, но это происходит в очень узком диапазоне жизни и отнюдь не означает, что ребенок начнет лучше учиться и быстрее осваивать учебный материал. По ряду причин, компьютерные игры могут иметь прямо противоположный эффект. Речь идет о зависимости. Подчас ничто не может отвлечь ребенка от компьютера. Он испытывает чувство тревоги, становится напряженным, эмоционально неуравновешенным, озлобленным. Зачастую может нарушаться сон. Могут сниться кошмары. Подобное общение ребенка с компьютером делает его замкнутым, он не может сосредоточиться на учебе. Так же это сказывается на физическом состоянии ребенка. Он перестает уделять внимание спорту, физическим нагрузкам, подрывает свое здоровье за экраном компьютера.

Компьютер создает иллюзию общения, но не приводит к навыкам настоящего общения. Особенно это опасно для застенчивых детей. Таким образом, ребенок все больше отвергает реальный мир, где ему грозят негативные оценки и необходимость что-то менять в себе. Такой уход в искусственную реальность может сформировать у ребенка психологическую зависимость.

Когда и сколько

В учебных целях допустимо использовать компьютер после шести лет. Именно в этом возрасте, при правильном воспитании ребенка, закончено формирование основных структур личности. Малыш уже познакомился с самим собой – чувствует свой самообраз. Уже умеет жить в мире ярких человеческих эмоций, развил свои реальные способности и таланты, имеет опыт сострадания, сопереживания, сорадости. Только в этом случае тщательно отобранные родителями компьютерные образы не принесут вреда физическому и психологическому здоровью детей и могут быть действительно использованы для развития ребенка.

В Японии принято не допускать ребенка к телевизору и тем более к компьютеру до 2 лет. Считаю подобную практику правильной, т.к. это время для любви и заботы, тактильного контакта с родителями, период, когда закладывается все самое позитивное и доброе.

Итак, сколько же времени проводить ребенку с компьютером?
Для детей от 6 до 12 лет – 30 минут в день, но не ежедневно.
Для детей от 12 до 14 – 1 час в день, но не ежедневно.
Для детей от 14 до 17 лет 1,5 часа в день.

Причины возникновения компьютерной зависимости

– Самая главная причина – отсутствие самоконтроля у ребенка.

– Ребенок не приучен к труду, к умению видеть работу и выполнять ее. Такой человек не ощущает потребности трудиться во имя близких, выражая этим свою любовь и заботу о них.

– Ребенок не знает понятия сотрудничества, его не научили советоваться, а значит, слушать и слышать советы и рекомендации.

– Незнание взрослыми правил психогигиены взаимодействия с компьютером, пользы и вреда от него. Ребенок, лишенный родительского внимания, удовлетворяет потребность в тепле и общении, взаимодействуя с компьютером.

– Родители в общении с ребенком не осознают его взросления, не изменяют стиль общения, не выходят на диалог.

– Неуверенность ребенка в себе, низкая самооценка, зависимость от мнения окружающих.

– Отсутствие контроля со стороны родителей, бесконтрольность личного времени, неумении организовать свой досуг.
Чрезмерное увлечение компьютером является индикатором состояния ребенка, который не находит себя в реальном мире и потому погружается в мир виртуальный.
Что делать, чтобы ребенок не стал зависимым от компьютера?

– Будьте для своего ребенка авторитетом. Решите вопрос реального общения, пусть все самое полезное и интересное он узнает от вас, а не в виртуальном мире.

– Четко объясните ребенку, когда и сколько можно играть за компьютером. Договоритесь и не отступайте от правил.

– Объясните ребенку, почему нельзя часами сидеть у экрана. Научите его полезным упражнениям для разгрузки усталых глаз и спины. Покажите пример – займитесь вместе.

– Ребенок не станет часами сидеть у экрана, если у него есть друзья, с которыми можно подвигаться и поиграть.

– Если вам хочется отдохнуть, не оставляйте ребенка у экрана, придумайте что то такое, чем он охотно займется сам. Рисовать, лепить, собирать конструктор, шить наряды для кукол и т.д. Помогите ребенку найти свои увлечения.

– Приобщайте свое чадо к домашним обязанностям.

– Ежедневно общайтесь с ребенком, будьте в курсе возникающих у него проблем, конфликтов и переживаний.

– Культивируйте семейное чтение и другой семейный досуг.

– Научите ребенка способам снятия эмоционального напряжения, выхода из стрессовых состояний.

– Старайтесь не говорить с ребенком часто об отрицательных явлениях жизни, вырабатывайте устойчивое понятие добра и зла, хорошего и плохого, развивайте его эмоциональную сферу.

– Не забывайте, что родители – образец для подражания, поэтому сами не нарушайте правил, которые установили для ребенка с учетом своих индивидуальных норм.

– Постарайтесь сориентировать юного человечка, чтобы он воспринимал компьютер как удобный и полезный компонент учебы. Компонент интересный, но далеко не единственный.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
