Covid-19: Базовые шаги по управлению рисками для вашего бизнеса

Мы с вами стали свидетелями того, как мировая экономика погружается в состояние, которое легко может перерасти в одну из самых глубоких рецессий современной эпохи. Невозможно подобрать точную экономическую модель, с которой можно было бы сравнить все происходящее. Ясно одно – коронавирус изменит не только мироустройство, но и экономику всех стран.

Как оставаться на плаву во время и после пандемии? Как подготовиться к будущему? Куда я должен инвестировать, чтобы сохранить свой бизнес? Эти вопросы сейчас задает каждый владелец бизнеса. Прежде всего, вы должны быть в курсе всех событий, связанных с пандемией. Оставаясь в курсе, вы сможете оценить прямые и косвенные последствия пандемии и то, как они могут повлиять на ваше дело.

Разработка стратегии

Несмотря на то, что пандемия замедляет темпы распространения в нашем регионе, маловероятно, что мы вернемся к прежнему укладу в ближайшие пару месяцев. Нужно привыкнуть к текущей ситуации и начать разрабатывать свою стратегию – оценить возможности и потратить время на исследование новых рынков, а также на диверсификацию товаров и услуг. Использование передовых технологий и инноваций сейчас намного важнее, чем когда-либо прежде, и если вы до сих пор не задействовали их в своих бизнес-процессах, то сейчас самое время не только рекламировать свои услуги в интернете, но и оказывать их онлайн.

Проанализируйте требования вашего оборотного капитала, а также ликвидность вашего бизнеса. Подготовьте себя к лучшему и наихудшему сценариям.

Постоянно будьте на связи с вашими клиентами, чтобы убедиться в том, что вы понимаете их проблемы и, что более важно, их текущую ситуацию. Помните, что обстоятельства, сложившиеся у вашего клиента, повлияют на ваш бизнес.

Приток денежных средств

Рассчитайте ваш фактический и ожидаемый приток денежных средств.

Проведите тщательный анализ правительственных схем, разработанных для поддержки бизнеса во время пандемии, например, планы приостановки и поддержки бизнеса, сроки отсрочки уплаты налогов для частных лиц и корпораций, а также право на участие в программе экономических мер для вас и вашего бизнеса. Подумайте, можно ли получить альтернативный способ финансирования, например, выпуск нового капитала или кредитных инструментов.

Прежде всего, на этом этапе все организации должны привести свою финансовую отчетность к актуальному состоянию, так как ее представление может потребоваться при любом способе привлечения финансирования.

Постарайтесь как можно быстрее обеспечить погашение дебиторской задолженности, учитывая то, что некоторые из ваших клиентов столкнутся с трудностями по выплате своей задолженности. Если у вас есть основания полагать, что некоторые из ваших клиентов не смогут осуществить свои платежи, рассмотрите возможность заключения соглашения с альтернативными и устойчивыми методами погашения.

Рассмотрите возможность продажи активов; независимо от того, как вы на это смотрите, это – инструмент, который поможет сохранить ваш бизнес на плаву и поможет вам выстоять достаточно долго, пока ситуация не улучшится.

Отток денежных средств

Уменьшите ваши накладные расходы. Например, если вы арендуете офис, обратитесь к арендодателю, чтобы снизить ежемесячную арендную плату в течение определенного периода времени.

Свяжитесь с вашими поставщиками для того, чтобы запросить скидку или изменить условия оплаты, и к кредиторам с просьбой продлить срок платежа.

Для любых имеющихся займов, проверьте возможность пересмотра текущих процентных ставок.

Как и при любом другом кризисе, лучшее, что вы можете сделать для себя, своего бизнеса и своих сотрудников, это обратиться за профессиональной консультацией. Эксперт с хорошей репутацией сможет оценить вашу ситуацию и предложить вам реалистичные варианты дальнейших действий, включая поддержку в составлении заявления на действующие государственные схемы для владельцев бизнеса и программ экономических мер в условиях эпидемии.

В случае, если ситуация для вашей компании складывается действительно печально, то, возможно, стоит подумать о слияния с другим бизнесом.

С другой стороны, если у вас повышенная ликвидность, ищите возможности приобрести активы с низким уровнем риска или дополните свою маркетинговую стратегию мерами для привлечения новых клиентов, например, используйте привлекательные, либо специальные предложения или новые услуги.

В заключение хочется добавить, что мы еще не почувствовали весь ущерб, нанесенный пандемией COVID-19, как для жизни человека, так и для мировой экономики, и нам еще предстоит это ощутить, но одно можно сказать наверняка – некоторые превентивные меры, временно принимаемые правительствами во всем мире, могут стать постоянными. Нам нужно адаптироваться к новым нормам и искать новые возможности. Помогая себе и нашему бизнесу, мы помогаем поддерживать и оживлять местную экономику и вместе с ней наше общество.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
