На службе родному отечеству

Константин Васильев встречается с экипажем СКР «Ладный»

В мероприятиях на Кипре, посвященных 70-летию Великой Победы, не обошлось без представителей Вооруженных сил РФ. Одним из них стал офицер Военно-морского флота, капитан I ранга в отставке, Кавалер ордена Красной Звезды и Красного Знамени, лауреат Государственной премии СССР Константин Васильев.
– Константин Васильевич, вы приняли участие в ряде мероприятий, проведенных на Кипре в честь 70-летия Великой Победы. Каковы ваши впечатления?
– На Кипре мы не первый раз. Пять лет назад принимали участие в торжествах, посвященных 65-летию Победы. Мы почувствовали, что народ Кипра – большой друг наших народов, а кипрская земля нам очень близка. В этом году все было организовано также отлично. К сожалению, у нас в России мало информации об участии кипрского народа в войне с фашизмом. А ведь небольшой по численности народ Кипра воевал на многих фронтах в этой тяжелой войне, в том числе во Франции, Северной Африке, Греции. Потери киприотов в этой жестокой войне по сравнению с общей численностью населения огромны. И очень важно, что воевали против нацизма в значительной степени добровольцы.
Мы с супругой посчитали своим долгом прийти 7 мая на чествование ветеранов войны, организованное мэром города Лимассола Андреасом Христу. Мы увидели на этом собрании ветеранов, беспредельно любящих свою родину и готовых и сегодня, если позволяют силы, отстоять свободу и независимость своей республики.
9 мая совместно с ветеранами Кипра мы возложили цветы к памятнику героям. Я был в военной форме и отдал честь героически павшим в борьбе с фашизмом сынам и дочерям кипрского народа.
Возложение цветов и венков к памятнику героям как-то естественно переросло в дружескую встречу патриотов двух стран, двух народов. Как много общего у людей, посвятивших свою жизнь защите родины! Мы почувствовали такую теплоту, такое внимание, и счастливы, что наши народы уважают и ценят друг друга.
В День Победы в порту Лимассола находился сторожевой корабль Черноморского флота РФ «Ладный», на борту которого я побывал в гостях. Я начинал свою флотскую службу на Черноморском флоте на линейном корабле «Новороссийск» и благодарен экипажу в организации теплого приема на корабле. Хочу отметить, что корабль произвел хорошее впечатление: экипаж сплочен, корабль находится в полной боевой готовности и готов защищать интересы России в любой точке Мирового океана.
– Почему вы выбрали военную профессию?
– Я вырос в военно-морской семье. Мой дед строил корабли для Военно-морского флота России, отец – кадровый офицер Военного-морского флота СССР. Защищать Родину – семейная традиция. Наш сын – тоже капитан I ранга. Я отслужил на флоте 39 лет, сын – 32 года и был награжден Орденом Мужества, отец – 30 лет.
При этом отец – участник Октябрьской революции 1917 года. В составе Красной гвардии Путиловского завода брал Почту и Телеграф в Санкт-Петербурге. Прошел на всех фронтах Гражданскую войну, командовал полком морской пехоты в ВОВ. Он был награжден орденом Ленина, двумя орденами Красного Знамени и многими боевыми и юбилейными медалями.
В период Великой Отечественной войны я был подростком, а после войны, уже находясь на военной службе, участвовал в ликвидации минных полей в районах Одессы и Крыма. Мой тральщик уничтожил несколько десятков мин.
– За что вы награждены орденами и удостоены Государственной премии СССР?
– Награды Родины мне даны за активное участие в создании нашего океанского Военно-морского флота. После почти десятилетней службы на кораблях Черноморского флота я был направлен на учебу в Военно-морскую академию, которую закончил с золотой медалью. А поскольку с золотой медалью закончил и Военно-морское училище, командование посчитало целесообразным направить меня для дальнейшей службы в конструкторское бюро и на судостроительные заводы.
Опыт службы на кораблях и полученные знания при учебе помогли принять активное участие в создании ядерного щита нашей Родины.
В частности, Государственная премия СССР мне присуждена за создание серии тяжелых атомных подводных крейсеров проекта 949. Водоизмещение – около 25 000 тонн. Скорость подводного хода – 33 узла. Было построено 18 единиц, в том числе трагически погибший «Курск».
– В чем принципиальное отличие атомных подводных лодок от других кораблей?
– Подводная лодка тем и отличается от любого надводного корабля, что имеет возможность скрытно передвигаться под водой. Но это замкнутое пространство. Я начинал службу на дизельной лодке – в Балаклаве. Они тоже погружаются под воду, но могут продержаться там чуть более суток. Это объясняется тем, что для работы двигателя нужен кислород. Лодка работает от аккумуляторных батарей или двигателя. Но эти батареи имеют определенную емкость. Они со временем теряют свою энергию, и возникает необходимость во всплытии с целью подзарядки. Это недостаток дизельной лодки. Атомная подлодка его не имеет. Потому что для работы ядерного реактора кислород не нужен.
– Как долго подводная лодка может продержаться под водой?
– Ровно столько, на сколько хватает запаса энергии для движения. Наши ядерные реакторы обладают мощностью 100 млн -200 млн Вт. Можно ходить годами, не всплывая. Но человек не выдержит столько времени. Поэтому мы ограничиваем пребывание на подводных лодках тремя месяцами. Но все равно находиться в «консервной банке» даже этот промежуток времени очень сложно. Замкнутое пространство сказывается на психике людей. Поэтому на АПЛ типа «Курск» была создана специальная зона отдыха с небольшим бассейном. Чтобы экипаж после несения вахты мог снять напряжение. Помимо этого, нужно всплывать, чтобы пополнять запасы продовольствия.
– А как быть с системой обеспечения экипажа водой, кислородом?
– Вода не нужна: существует специальная опреснительная установка. Еще наши ученые придумали систему, которая выдыхаемый углекислый газ разлагает на кислород и углерод. И все равно, когда человек выходит из подводной лодки, он некоторое время не может стоять на ногах: свежий воздух его буквально опьяняет.
– Что вы хотели бы пожелать современнной молодежи, а также жителям Кипра?
– Прежде всего, любить свою Родину, свою землю, свой народ. Быть готовым отстоять независимость страны. У любого народа самые важные друзья и союзники – это армия и флот, которые никогда не предадут и всегда защитят. А чтобы армия и флот были способны защитить родину, нужно иметь крепкую экономику и любящий свою страну народ.

    1            Application of terms

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
