Как записать ребенка на прививку

17 декабря ― официальная дата начала вакцинации детей 5-11 лет на Кипре. Вакцинация будет проходить в центрах матери и ребенка только по предварительной записи. Где находятся эти центры и как записаться?

С 17 по 20 декабря запись будет проходить по телефону (номера приводятся ниже), а с 09:00 вторника, 21 декабря, записаться можно будет только на портале вакцинации. Центры матери и ребенка будут принимать желающих привиться не каждый день, а несколько раз в неделю. Подробнее об этом в таблице:

Министерство здравоохранения считает, что польза от прививок превосходит возможные риски, особенно принимая во внимание прямые и опосредованные последствия для детского здоровья от заражения COVID-19. «Детские» прививки содержат иную дозировку действующего вещества: 10 мкг вместо 30 мкг. Как сообщает Минздрав, исследование показало, что эффективность прививок составляет 90,7%.

Что касается побочных эффектов, у детей 5-11 лет они не отличаются от тех, которые возникают в более старших возрастных группах. Обычно они протекают в мягкой или средней форме и прекращаются в течение нескольких дней после прививки.

Родители ― о важности равенства в образовании

15 декабря Федерация ассоциаций родителей учащихся средних школ Пафоса заявила, что меры по борьбе с пандемией не должны мешать обучению непривитых или заболевших детей.

Глава организации Христодулос Димитриу рассказал Кипрскому информационному агентству, что, хотя родители поддерживают любые меры, необходимые для защиты своих детей от вируса, они просят, чтобы те учащиеся, которые остаются невакцинированными, не подвергались дискриминации, так как решение о прививке ― это свободный выбор. Требование родителей состоит в том, чтобы непривитые ученики и те, кто самоизолируется по причине заражения или вступления в контакт с зараженным, продолжали получать образование либо дистанционно, либо на смешанной основе. «Конечно, мы поддерживаем очное обучение, потому что закрытие школ вызовет огромные проблемы в образовательном, социальном и психологическом плане», ― отметил представитель родителей, который в то же время положительно оценил опыт некоторых учителей, максимально использующих имеющиеся в их распоряжении технологии для вовлечения в образовательный процесс как тех, кто находится в классе, так и тех, кто сидит дома на карантине.

Родители также призывают отменить семестровые экзамены в этом году, принимая во внимание последствия пандемии для обучения и психического здоровья учащихся. Что касается Всекипрских экзаменов, Димитриу отметил, что родители предлагают проводить их так же, как и в прошлом году, но пересмотреть материал в соответствии с охваченной программой.

Работу приложения CovScan адаптируют

С ближайших выходных приложение CovScan сможет определять людей, которые сделали только одну дозу прививки, а также тех, кто не сделал бустерный укол по прошествии семи месяцев с завершения вакцинации. При сканировании их QR-кода приложение будет загораться фиолетовым. Это стало необходимым потому, что с 15 декабря те жители, которые сделали только один укол или у которых прошло семь месяцев с момента завершения вакцинации, обязаны предъявлять отрицательный результат теста. Результат ПЦР-теста действителен 72 часа, а экспресс-теста ― 48 часов. До того, как работа приложения будет адаптирована под новые требования, то есть до выходных, проверяться будут карты вакцинации и QR-коды, подтверждающие сделанный тест.

Тем временем

15 декабря еврокомиссар по здравоохранению Стелла Кириакиди заявила, что Европа переживает самую большую волну пандемии COVID-19. Основываясь на последних данных Европейского центра по контролю и профилактике заболеваний (ECDC), эпидемиологическую ситуацию можно охарактеризовать как «особенно тревожную».

Отвечая на вопросы кипрских журналистов в Страсбурге, где на этой неделе проходит пленарное заседание Европарламента, Кириакиди подчеркнула необходимость вакцинации граждан против COVID-19, отметив, что прививка ― вопрос личной и социальной ответственности за себя, своих близких и общество в целом. Еврокомиссар призвала родителей вакцинировать своих детей, напомнив, что «детские» прививки одобрены Европейским медицинским агентством, а также добавила, что беременным женщинам тоже необходимо прививаться, чтобы защитить себя и своих детей. К такому выводу пришло Европейское общество гинекологической онкологии, с которым Стелла Кириакиди обсуждала данный вопрос. Что касается препаратов от коронавируса, Кириакиди рассказала, что EMA одобрила три медикамента, еще два будут одобрены на этой неделе. ЕС продолжит совместные закупки, чтобы государства сообщества могли иметь доступ к лекарствам одновременно.

Комиссар уточнила, что в настоящее время 90% случаев заражения ― это вариант дельта, в то же время штамм омикрон также распространяется довольно быстро, создавая давление на системы здравоохранения государств блока. «Сейчас, из-за вариантов дельта и омикрон, вакцинация становится важнее, чем когда-либо», ― заключила Кириакиди.

Статистика

Вечером 15 декабря Минздрав Кипра сообщил о двух смертях от коронавируса или его последствий (мужчина 95 лет и женщина 82 лет) и о 650 новых заражениях по итогам 85 024 тестов (доля положительных результатов ― 0,76%). 157 человек лечатся в стационаре, из них 54 в серьезном состоянии. 77% всех госпитализированных не привиты.

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

     

    6            Disclaimers

    6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

    b any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the Website;

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
