В Лимассоле школу закрыли на карантин

20-я начальная школа Лимассола с сегодняшнего дня и до конца недели закрыта на карантин. В учебном заведении было выявлено 26 носителей вируса, среди которых 23 ученика, двое преподавателей и один ассистент. Вечером 19 октября в школе прошла дезинфекция.

Тем временем Минздрав сообщил о том, что 6772 человека лишились своих «ковидных пропусков» из-за изменений в политике предоставления SafePass. Напомним, если привитый первой дозой не сделал второй укол через положенное время, его SafePass аннулируется. В новом указе, вступившем в силу 18 октября, отмечается, что те, кто получил только одну дозу вакцины, будут считаться невакцинированными и должны самостоятельно оплачивать свои экспресс-тесты, которые бесплатны только для привитых.

Согласно статистике, из 10694 жителей, отказавшихся от второй дозы вакцины:
― 523 человека скончались по разным причинам,
― 1942 человека заразились COVID-19 и с момента их выздоровления не прошло шести месяцев (то есть для них SafePass ― сертификат о выздоровлении),
― 1457 человек сделали вторую дозу прививки до 17 октября.

Новые инструкции

Минздрав также опубликовал обновленную версию инструкций для выявленных носителей вируса и для контактировавших с ними.

Носители вируса

Любой человек, получивший положительный результат экспресс-теста или ПЦР-теста, должен немедленно изолироваться и сообщить об этом личному врачу, своим близким, работодателю или другому вышестоящему лицу (школьной администрации, коменданту военного лагеря и т.д.). Самоизоляция может быть прекращена только по истечении указанного в протоколе количества дней и после получения смс-сообщения, информирующего о том, что можно выйти из карантина. Лицам с положительным результатом теста запрещается перед уходом на самоизоляцию пользоваться любым общественным транспортом и вообще куда-либо ездить, они должны сразу же отправиться туда, где проведут ближайшие дни.

Для граждан или туристов, проживающих в гостиницах, а также лиц, которые не могут самостоятельно изолироваться у себя дома, предусмотрен бесплатный государственный карантин и перевозка к месту изоляции транспортным средством, предоставленным министерством. Если они не хотят отправляться в государственные карантинные заведения, они могут арендовать за свой счет частное жилье и отправиться туда на личном автомобиле на период самоизоляции. Ни при каких обстоятельствах они не могут оставаться в гостинице.

Лица с положительным результатом теста получат смс-сообщение с инструкциями по самоизоляции на свой мобильный телефон. В том же сообщении носитель вируса получит коды доступа и ссылку для подтверждения своих данных и формирования списка лиц, с которыми он контактировал. По одной из ссылок необходимо будет указать контакты личного врача, отвечающего за мониторинг состояния здоровья своих пациентов и за их выписку после выздоровления, но не ранее, чем через 10 дней после постановки диагноза. Состояние пациентов, у которых нет личного врача, контролируют специалисты отдела эпидемиологического надзора и инфекционных заболеваний. Отпуск по болезни для предоставления по месту работы выдается личным врачом.

Для получения дополнительной информации можно позвонить по телефону 1474 (с понедельника по воскресенье, с 08:00 до 20:00). Чтобы сообщить об ухудшении самочувствия и необходимости транспортировки в больницу, можно звонить на круглосуточный номер 1420.

Если вы получили положительный результат теста, но вам не пришло смс с инструкциями в течение 24 часов, необходимо связаться с лабораторией, где проводился тест, и убедиться, что ваши данные переданы в Минздрав. Если о случае заражения не будет сообщено в Министерство здравоохранения, носитель вируса не получит ни инструкций, ни необходимой документации (например, сертификата о выздоровлении, который служит в качестве SafePass и как основание для цифрового сертификата ЕС). Привившиеся носители вируса, а также переболевшие не освобождаются от самоизоляции и должны следовать описанной выше процедуре.

Близкие контакты

В категорию близких контактов входят лица, которые:
― живут в одном доме с носителем вируса;
― имели прямой физический контакт с заразившимся (например, рукопожатие);
― имели незащищенный контакт с биологическими выделениями инфицированного (например, слюной);
― вступали с носителем вируса в контакт длительностью более 15 минут и на расстоянии менее двух метров;
― находились в закрытом помещении (например, в классной комнате, кинотеатре, зоне ожидания в больнице и т.д.) рядом с с инфицированным более 15 минут и на расстоянии менее двух метров;
― путешествовали с носителем вируса в самолете.

Близкие контакты носителей вируса должны как можно скорее пройти бесплатный ПЦР-тест, а также составить список людей, с которыми они общались в последние дни.

Кроме того, контактировавшие с носителем лица должны самоизолироваться в течение 14 дней с последнего дня их контакта с заразившимся (день контакта считается как нулевой день). Они могут быть выписаны раньше срока только при отрицательном ПЦР-тесте на седьмой день (тест делается за свой счет в одной из лабораторий). Отправляться в пункт проведения экспресс-тестирования им не разрешается, так как есть риск заражения других людей.

Близкие контакты завершают самоизоляцию самостоятельно, без консультации с личным врачом, по прошествии необходимого количества дней. Лицам, объявленным близкими контактами, предоставляется справка об отпуске по состоянию здоровья, которую они могут предъявить работодателю для получения компенсации от Фонда социального страхования.

Следующие категории жителей освобождаются от обязанности самоизоляции:
― полностью вакцинированные,
― привитые первой дозой, если с момента укола прошло 14 дней,
― переболевшие в течение последних шести месяцев.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

    c any exposure to viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system or expose you to fraud when you access or use the Website. To avoid doubt, you are responsible for ensuring the process by which you access and use the Website protects you from this; and

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
