ЕМА подтвердило побочные эффекты вакцины AstraZeneca

Комитет по оценке рисков в сфере фармаконадзора Европейского агентства лекарственных средств (PRAC EMA) пришел к выводу, что необычные сгустки крови с низким содержанием тромбоцитов действительно представляют собой побочный эффект (пусть и очень редкий) от применения вакцины AstraZeneca, сейчас циркулирующей под названием Vaxzevria. При вынесении своего заключения комитет принял во внимание все имеющиеся в настоящее время данные, включая рекомендации специальной группы экспертов.

Таким образом, Европейское агентство по лекарственным средствам напоминает медицинским работникам и людям, получающим эту вакцину, о том, что в течение двух недель после вакцинации возможны очень редкие случаи образования тромбов в сочетании с низким уровнем тромбоцитов. До сих пор большинство зарегистрированных случаев этой патологии имели место у женщин в возрасте до 60 лет в течение 14 дней после вакцинации. Но, исходя из имеющихся в настоящее время данных, определить факторы риска более конкретно пока что не представляется возможным.

Комитет по оценке рисков в сфере фармаконадзора отметил, что сгустки крови возникали в венах головного мозга (тромбоз церебральных венозных синусов) и брюшной полости (тромбоз спланхнических вен), а также в артериях, наряду с низким уровнем тромбоцитов крови и иногда кровотечениями. Комитет провел углубленное изучение 62 случаев тромбоза церебральных венозных синусов и 24 случаев тромбоза спланхнических вен, зарегистрированных в базе данных Европейского союза по отслеживанию безопасности лекарственных средств (EudraVigilance) по состоянию на 22 марта 2021 года, 18 из которых были смертельными. Случаи заболевания были получены в основном из систем отчетности ЕЭЗ и Великобритании, где около 25 миллионов человек привились этой вакциной. Комитет пришел к выводу, что рассматриваемые побочные эффекты в виде тромбов и низких тромбоцитов в крови встречаются очень редко, и общие преимущества вакцины в профилактике COVID-19 перевешивают риски побочных эффектов.

Одним из правдоподобных объяснений комбинации тромбов и низких тромбоцитов после прививки ученые считают иммунный ответ организма, приводящий к состоянию, сходному с тем, которое иногда наблюдается у пациентов, получающих гепарин. PRAC намерена не оставлять исследование вакцины от AstraZeneca и предпримет любые дальнейшие необходимые действия.

Комитет подчеркивает важность оперативного специализированного медицинского лечения в случае таких побочных эффектов как образование тромбов. Распознав признаки сгустков крови и низкого уровня тромбоцитов и имея с ними дело на ранней стадии, врачи могут помочь тем, кто столкнулся с таким нежелательным последствием от прививки.

Привитые жители должны немедленно обратиться за медицинской помощью, если у них есть следующие симптомы:
– одышка,
– боль в груди,
– отеки на ногах,
– постоянная боль в животе
– неврологические симптомы, включая сильные и постоянные головные боли или замутнение зрения,
– небольшие подкожные кровоизлияния или синяки за пределами места инъекции.

Что касается остальных вакцин, то EMA будет продолжать следить за их безопасностью и эффективностью и предоставлять общественности самую свежую информацию.

Киприоты не доверяют вакцине AstraZeneca

Жители Кипра, которые записываются на вакцинацию, предпочитают выбирать между вакцинами Pfizer и Moderna, оставляя препарат от шведско-британской компании невостребованным. Например, 7 апреля, когда открылась запись на прививку, почти 4 тысячи доступных визитов на прививку вакцинами Pfizer и Moderna были зарезервированы за 2,5 минуты, в то время как почти 16 тысяч визитов на прививку препаратом от AstraZeneca остались никому не интересны.

Это уже вызвало реакцию эпидемиологов, которые настаивают, что эпидемиологическая ситуация в стране не позволяет пренебрегать вакцинами. А министр здравоохранения Константинос Иоанну даже раскритиковал те страны, которые отказываются в одностороннем порядке от спорного препарата.

Такое недоверие к прививке от AstraZeneca в итоге может обернуться крахом национального графика вакцинации, который основан как раз на том, что большинство населения будет привито этой вакциной.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
