Введут ли обязательное ношение маски на улице?

До конца этой недели станет понятно, насколько коронавирус распространяется на Кипре, и нужны ли дополнительные меры. Если эпидемиологи снова зафиксируют резкий рост числа носителей вируса, то не исключено, что жителей острова ждут строгие ограничения.

Вероятными новыми мерами называют ограничение на передвижения и собрания, а также обязательное ношение маски даже на открытом воздухе. В нынешней ситуации Минздрав больше всего опасается чрезмерной нагрузки на систему здравоохранения. «Число поступлений в больницы выросло. В начале прошлой недели в стационаре больницы Фамагусты было три человека, сейчас их уже 20», — говорит эпидемиолог Ирини Христаки, преподавательница медицинского факультета Университета Кипра. Согласно последнему отчету Минздрава, который, правда, охватывал период до 6 октября, то есть до очередной вспышки, доля поступивших в стационар инфицированных больных составила 12,4%. К ИВЛ подключили 86,1% тех пациентов, которые из стационара были переведены в реанимацию. «Сейчас у нас заболевание протекает в более мягкой форме, в основном благодаря возрасту инфицированных, которые моложе, чем во время первой волны. Существуют публикации, в которых говорится, что вирусная нагрузка при заражении влияет на тяжесть течения болезни. Это значит, что маска может действительно помочь, так как она снижает вирусную нагрузку», — говорит доктор Ирини Христаки. «Мы все — звенья этой цепи. Мы — часть проблемы и часть ее решения», — добавляет она.

Молодежь — основные распространители вируса

Профессор медицинского факультета Университета Кипра Йоргос Панос говорит, что причиной такого широкого распространения вируса стала «недисциплинированная молодежь». Он напомнил, что средний возраст носителя коронавируса сейчас 31 год. «Молодые люди больше подвержены заражению, потому что они демонстративно не выполняют профилактических мер и показывают, что не боятся вируса. Сейчас большое количество инфицированных как раз в возрасте 20-39 лет», — говорит он, добавляя, однако, что не только молодежь виновна в распространении вируса. «Вероятно, часть ответственности лежит на тех мероприятиях, где было разрешено присутствие большого количества народа. Не понимаю, зачем было разрешать присутствие на свадьбах 350 человек, ведь это много», — говорит профессор Панос. Другой важный фактор состоял в том, что жители острова в определенный момент успокоились, а медики стали проводить меньше тестов.

Вспышки в образовательных учреждениях

Тем временем вспышки коронавируса продолжаются в школах. В гимназии и лицее Полиса Хрисохуса большое количество инфицированных как среди учеников, так и среди преподавателей. Школы продолжают работать с соблюдением санитарного протокола. Техучилище Пафоса прошло дезинфекцию после того, как один из преподавателей сделал экспресс-тест, и тот оказался положительным. Хотя тесты этого типа пока не считаются достоверными, Минобразования решило из профилактических целей продезинфицировать учебное заведение, которое продолжает работать в нормальном режиме.

А муниципалитет Лимассола объявил, что откладывает начало работы муниципальной открытой школы. Это решение последовало за объявлением лимассольского школьного комитета о временной отмене всех дополнительных занятий и спортивных тренировок до момента надлежащей дезинфекции всех школьных пространств.

Профсоюзы учителей считают, что в школах невозможно в полной мере соблюдать санитарные протоколы из-за большого количества учеников в классах. Представители преподавательского сообщества просят встречи с министром образования, чтобы обсудить дополнительные меры профилактики, мотивируя это тем, что сейчас самое важное — оставить школы открытыми и не уходить на «дистанционку». Напомним, 16 октября Минобразования приняло решение усилить контроль за соблюдением санитарных мер в школах и создать специальный надзорный механизм.

Массовое внедрение экспресс-тестов

Тем временем, профессор Петрос Караяннис заявил, что экспресс-тесты, которые считаются менее достоверными, чем тесты по методу ПЦР с обратной транскрипцией, почти так же надежны и не стоит ими пренебрегать, а их результаты доступны уже в течение 20 минут. По словам Караянниса, именно экспресс-тесты, скорее всего, будут тем способом, которым в скором времени начнут проверять на вирус жителей Кипра и других европейских стран. Эксперты уже обсудили возможности этих тестов с Министерством здравоохранения. В ближайшее время будет опубликовано объявление, уточняющее, в какой степени они могут использоваться. «Их можно использовать для массового тестирования в аэропортах, школах и больницах, — пояснил профессор. — Это неправда, что они ненадежны. Те экспресс-тесты, что были разработаны недавно, надежны, быстры и дешевы. Они также упрощают отслеживание контактов».

Более того, экспресс-тесты очень просты и по механизму своего действия напоминают тесты на беременность. Все, что для них нужно, — это немного слюны. Тесты также смогут определить, на какой стадии инфицирования находятся тестируемые.

Именно экспресс-тест можно будет в скором времени сдать в лондонском аэропорту Хитроу. Это позволит путешественникам въезжать в те страны, где необходим отрицательный результат теста на Covid-19.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    In these Terms:

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
