«Ромиосини»: вся жизнь — в танце

1126 ромиосини агисАгис Турсидис — руководитель и хореограф ансамбля «Ромиосини». Коллектив основал его отец Отари в 1996 году. Сегодня филиалы ансамбля работают во всех городах Кипра, а дети и взрослые, танцующие в «Ромиосини», регулярно завоевывают различные награды. «Вестник Кипра» расспросил Агиса о методах преподавания, гастролях, и конечно же, о том, как можно стать частью такого коллектива.

В коллективе «Ромиосини» дети и взрослые обучаются народным танцам, а также элементам классического балета и акробатики. В репертуаре — танцы Закавказья, Северного Кавказа, Греции, Понта, Кипра, Крита. Последние два года «Ромиосини» работал над новой программой «300 спартанцев». Танцоры ансамбля репетируют по уникальной, выработанной годами системе.

Уникальный метод обучения

«Метод обучения начал создаваться моим отцом во времена, когда информации было не так много. Никакого интернета или видеокассет. Родители ездили в Грузию, где занимались совместно с артистами Государственного ансамбля танца Грузии Сухишвили. Моя мама запоминала услышанные мелодии, чтобы потом в Ставрополе напеть их гармонисту. Именно так создавалась музыка при постановке родителями аджарского танца. Греческим танцам обучались непосредственно у старшего поколения в греческих селах Кавказа, а вот возможности побывать и учиться в самой Греции в те годы не было. Сегодня же у нас масса возможностей черпать информацию как в живую, так и с помощью современных технологий, которые позволяют мгновенно передавать аудио и видео материалы.

Но и фольклор не стоит на месте, материал, который черпал папа, отличается от современного. Фольклор меняется и обогащается, поэтому нужно продолжать учиться самим, а также совершенствовать и развивать методы преподавания. Сам я не учился на хореографа в университете, слишком много времени забирала учёба на врача, но я всегда работал над собой, непрерывно черпал знания от каждого человека, который мог меня чему-то научить и продолжаю учиться до сих пор. Так, например, многому в плане методологии работы с детьми я научился у директора муниципальной хореографической школы Ставрополя Виниченко Александра Павловича, коллектив которого дважды был победителем самого крупного в мире детского конкурса ЮНЕСКО в Тайване. Очень развивают совместные репетиции и мастер классы с профессиональными танцовщиками и хореографами.

С другой стороны занятия с фольклористами и старожилами из народа, которые хоть и не профессиональные артисты, но они живые носители традиций и народного танца в его исконной не сценической форме позволяют сформировать необходимый багаж для дальнейшего творчества. Со временем методом проб и ошибок то, чему научился из перечисленных источников, было преобразовано в систему преподавания. Год за годом метод становился лучше, в то время, как и репертуар ансамбля обогащался. Теперь мы четко понимаем, чему нужно учить ребёнка в течение 5 лет, чтобы он стал успешным танцовщиком ансамбля, а также был достаточно подготовлен, чтобы выступать и в других жанрах. На примере наших воспитанников, поступивших в хореографические вузы, мы доказали, что нам удалось подготовить их, как в сфере народных танцев, так и в других хореографических направлениях».

Как работает система наставничества

«Наша система образования начинается с академии. Учёба в ней рассчитана на пять лет, а после третьего года самые талантливые ученики могут пробоваться в ансамбль. В каждом классе есть преподаватель. С годами количество учеников растёт и в какой-то момент стал вопрос нехватки кадров. Мы решили выбрать из более опытных учеников тех, у которых заметили задатки наставников и обучить их не только танцам, но и методике преподавания. Так, старшие ученики по системе наставничества стали обучать младших, постепенно становясь отличными педагогами. И это работает! Конечно, я в любом случае контролирую занятия, но чем опытнее становится юный учитель, тем больше у него свободы и в то же время ответственности».

Проверка танцевальных знаний

«Важным элементом системы стали экзамены. Экзаменационная комиссия, состоящая из наших педагогов, оценивает учащихся во время открытого урока, на котором в качестве зрителей присутствуют родители. Таким образом, у ребенка есть возможность освоиться на сцене перед небольшой аудиторией. Это в равной степени важно для родителей, которые на концерте могут не разглядеть своего ребенка, а на экзамене в течение двух часов могут пристально следить за его успехами. Родители могут оценить прогресс ребёнка, а ещё начинают и сами лучше разбираться в тонкостях танцев и требованиях педагогов. А чем лучше взаимопонимание между преподавателем и родителями, тем лучше протекает учебный процесс».

О работе с детьми

«За эти годы я многому научился не только в сфере хореографии, но и в работе с детьми. Самый ценный для меня урок, который я вынес: «С детьми надо работать как со взрослыми, только лучше». С взрослым можно легко расстаться если он не соответствует требованиям, а ребенка нужно не только научить танцевать, но и привить ему правильные навыки и ценности. У меня есть дочка и сын, оба танцуют в моем коллективе. Я не собираюсь заставлять их продолжать династию, меня тоже никто не заставлял. Они сами сделают свой выбор».

Взрослые танцоры и тяга к сцене

«Многие не верят, что, начав танцевать во взрослом возрасте, можно достичь хороших результатов, для того чтобы выступать в коллективе. Тем не менее, даже те, кто пришли к нам без такой цели, постепенно втянулись в процесс. По мере того как у них начинает получаться, сцена манит их всё больше. Были и случаи, когда родители, приведя детей, сами примыкали к коллективу. Один из наших педагогов, а также по сей день солист ансамбля именно так и попал к нам 7 лет назад в возрасте 38 лет. Система такая же, как и у детей — через примерно три года подготовки, танцор может начать выступать вместе с коллективом».

О гастролях

«Мы начинаем готовить детей к будущим гастрольным поездкам со второго класса на летних сборах. Это по сути летний танцевальный лагерь, в который съезжаются дети из всех наших филиалов на Кипре. Там они живут и репетируют вдали от родителей, тем самым учатся самостоятельности, самодисциплине и ответственности, это те качества, которые необходимы на будущих гастролях. Очень важно, что дети с разных городов знакомятся и это сплачивает коллектив. Зачастую на летние сборы к нам приезжают дети из России и Грузии. В прошлом году мы участвовали в конкурсе в Барселоне, где заняли 4 первых места в разных номинациях, следом были в Риме. Этим летом были в Греции и причерноморских городах Болгарии. В ноябре 2019 нас пригласили выступить в Китае, Макао, где коллектив принял участие в международном параде. Нам выпала честь быть единственной делегацией из Европы, которая выступала на открытии парада».

Программа «300 Спартанцев»

«Мы впервые представили её на 9-м Чемпионате мира по фольклору EAFF в Болгарии. Эта программа принесла нам 1-е место и «золотую медаль» чемпионата в номинации «народный танец». На Кипре мы показывали эту программу всего несколько раз — и она уже пользуется большим успехом у зрителей. В планах расширить программу до полноценного концерта на 1,5 часа».

О будущем «Ромиосини»

«В будущем мы планируем создать профессиональный ансамбль из наших выпускников, с которыми мы будем гастролировать по всему миру».

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not
