Кипрско-российский фестиваль: как все устроено

Начало календарного лета на Кипре всегда приходит вместе с главным для всех русскоговорящих жителей событием — Кипрско-российским фестивалем. Он проходит уже не первый год, постоянно увеличиваясь в масштабах. Следующий, 2020 год — юбилейный, праздник пройдет в 15-й раз. Редакция «Вестника Кипра» провела беседу с директором фестиваля Мариной Михаилиду и директором главной сцены Софией Делягиной, чтобы рассказать, как все устроено изнутри.

ЧТО ТАКОЕ КИПРСКО-РОССИЙСКИЙ ФЕСТИВАЛЬ?
Крупнейший фестиваль межнациональной дружбы среди всех стран Средиземноморья. Проходит при поддержке Посольства России и Муниципалитета Лимассола под патронажем Президента Республики Кипр.

ПОСЕТИТЕЛЬ ФЕСТИВАЛЯ — КТО ОН
Гости фестиваля, в большинстве своем, русскоговорящие жители и гости острова (60% от всех посетителей), 40% — киприоты и люди других национальностей.

КОГДА НАЧИНАЕТСЯ ПОДГОТОВКА ФЕСТИВАЛЯ
Новый фестиваль начинают готовить за год — сразу, как заканчивается предыдущий. Команда обсуждает достижения и упущения, конкурент у фестиваля только один — он сам, каждый год событие должно стать лучше предыдущего. Организаторы постоянно думают над новыми форматами, чтобы не наскучить посетителю. Кроме того, нельзя забывать, что фестивалю предшествует длительная подготовка документов: нужно получать не менее десятка различных разрешений — от муниципалитета до полиции и пожарной службы.

ОТКУДА ДЕНЬГИ
Подготовка фестиваля всегда начинается с продумывания бюджета — на сегодняшний день это сумма от 80 000 до 120 000 евро. Вход на мероприятие бесплатный, значит, заработать на билетах нельзя. Основные источники денег: спонсоры (40-45% бюджета), продажа ярмарочных мест (35-40%) и средства издательства «Вестник Кипра».

С КАКИМИ ПАРТНЕРАМИ ФЕСТИВАЛЬ НЕ РАБОТАЕТ
Кипрско-российский фестиваль не сотрудничает с политическими партиями и организациями, зато всегда открыт к партнерству с филантропическими проектами и фондами помощи нуждающимся — для них всегда найдется место.

КАК ВСЕ УСТРОЕНО ТЕХНИЧЕСКИ
Фестиваль не платит за аренду парка и электричество, но оплачивает работу муниципальных электриков, уборку парка, общественных туалетов и внеурочную работу уборщиков территории. Работы в парке начинаются за два дня до события, при этом нельзя нарушать отдых посетителей, перекрывать территорию, входы или выходы. Строительство всех конструкций, включая сцены и ярмарку занимает 16-20 часов. На утро субботы остаются только небольшие декораторские работы по украшению территории. В этом часто помогают около 30 студентов. В целом, на самом фестивале на площадке работает команда из более 60 человек.

КТО ОБЕСПЕЧИВАЕТ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ
За спокойствие посетителей отвечает частное охранное предприятие, кроме того, полиция Лимассола предоставляет дополнительно не менее 20 сотрудников.

ОФОРМЛЕНИЕ ТЕРРИТОРИИ
Дизайнеры «Вестника Кипра» готовят дизайн каждого года, используя концептуальный рисунок художника Ириной Сигитовой. «Славянские узоры, их сакральный глубокий смысл многие недооценивают. А ведь в них столько глубины и магических символов с особой энергетикой. Хотелось выразить эти древние традиции визуально.
Дизайн юбилейного года будет, скорее всего, выполнен уже в бело-синем цвете. Синий в славянской философии – это вода и небо, отсылка к духовному самосовершенствованию, а белый – символ гармонии и примирения. Красным орнаментом, символом жизни и любви, мы уже заявили о себе. Хотим развиваться дальше» – сказала Ирина.

КАК РАБОТАЕТ ЯРМАРКА
Ярмарочные ряды — это фудкорт, дизайн-маркет, спонсорские площадки. При этом здесь процентное соотношение участников обратно соотношению посетителей — 70% — киприоты, 30% – русскоговорящие. Местным проектам проще принять участие в ярмарке — они уже находятся здесь, и не нужно никуда ехать, кроме того, им очень хочется представить себя русской публике, наладить связи.

КАК РАБОТАЕТ КОНЦЕРТНАЯ ПРОГРАММА
В этом году на фестивале параллельно работало три сцены: главная, сцена детских коллективов и сцена в формате квартирника с караоке. Каждая из них подчинена отдельному директору, человеку, который не просто собирает программу за три месяца до, но и контролирует ее работу во время фестиваля. Главная задача — сделать так, чтобы сцены не пересекались по звуку, никто не сбился с расписания, и программа работала, как часы. При этом выступления идут нон-стоп на протяжении как минимум шести часов. Также существует организационный взнос для участников самодеятельных и школьных групп: сольное выступление — 50 евро, коллективное участие — 100 евро. Школы могут выступать в оба дня фестиваля, от количества выступлений сумма взноса не меняется. Система взносов мотивирует участников прийти и выступить, не отказываясь в последний момент.

ГОСТИ
Ежегодно фестиваль посещают высокопоставленные гости такие, как послы, члены российского и кипрского парламента, мэры и представители министерств и крупного бизнеса.

ФЕСТИВАЛЬ ЗАКОНЧИЛСЯ, ЧТО ДАЛЬШЕ
После того, как отгремел салют, организаторы не расходятся, а начинают демонтаж основных конструкций и посильную уборку территории, так как в понедельник парк должен снова принимать горожан. Обычно расходятся уже утром. Если какой-то мусор остается, его убирают рано утром муниципальные службы.

КАКИМ БУДЕТ ФЕСТИВАЛЬ В 2020 ГОДУ
Программа юбилейного фестиваля держится в секрете, но это будет что-то масштабное. Осталось дождаться следующего лета.

КТО ДЕЛАЕТ ФЕСТИВАЛЬ
Фестиваль стал возможен благодаря автору проекта Наталии Кардаш, директору фестиваля Марине Михаилиду, а также Софии Делягиной, Ирине Патсалиду, Галине Панагасовой, Олесе Ермолаевой, Сократису Антониадису, Ксении Волохиной, Юлии Аванесовой, Татьяне Михаилидис и другим сотрудникам «Вестника Кипра».

«Когда мы только начинали, кипрская культурная карта была пустой. Русскоговорящим некуда было пойти, чтобы встретить соотечественников. Нам хотелось сохранить культурные традиции народа и познакомить с ними коренное грекоговорящее население. Считайте, что это наш вклад в крепкую дружбу двух народов, которые довольно долго живут бок о бок. При этом мы не такие разные, и фестиваль это доказывает. С каждым годом мы видим, что приходит больше киприотов, иностранцев, мы открыты для всех. Сегодня Кипр — уже современная страна с насыщенной культурной программой, и фестиваль в ней — по-прежнему константа и одна из главных точек, традиция и событие, которое мы все ждем каждый год».

«Одни из самых важных участников концертной программы — школьные коллективы острова. Показывать свои таланты на большой сцене необходимо — это помогает детям не забывать все выученное за год и, конечно, услышать одобрение публики. К сожалению, не все школы могут возить ребят по международным конкурсам, Кипрско-российский фестиваль стал для них главной площадкой для выступления, где они не только могут посмотреть на другие коллективы, но и показать большие, красивые номера. Если раньше на фестивале в течение двух дней выступали только 10–15 коллективов, то сегодня только за два часа на главной сцене их уже было 15, а всего не менее 40. Слаженная работа с ними — всегда большой труд — наша задача обеспечить комфорт каждого артиста. Мы благодарны начинающим певцам и танцорам и рады, что они делают свои первые шаги именно на сцене нашего фестиваля».

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

    b any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the Website;

    c any exposure to viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system or expose you to fraud when you access or use the Website. To avoid doubt, you are responsible for ensuring the process by which you access and use the Website protects you from this; and

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
