В гости к российским коллегам

«Вестник Кипра» на Петербургском международном юридическом форуме.

На протяжении многих лет группа компаний «Вестник Кипра» и деловой журнал «Успешный бизнес» организуют бизнес-мероприятия различного формата – конференции, семинары, круглые столы, форумы, выставки и пр. – для жителей Кипра и зарубежных участников. В этом году мы решили перенять опыт наших коллег в России и приняли участие в VIII Петербургском международном юридическом форуме.

Петербургский международный юридический форум (ПМЮФ) – ежегодное деловое мероприятие в сфере юриспруденции, созданное в 2011 году по инициативе Министерства юстиции и при поддержке Президента Российской Федерации. Форум является уникальной площадкой, созданной для обсуждения актуальных юридических вопросов в контексте глобальных социально-экономических задач. В работе Форума ежегодно принимают участие высшие должностные лица России и зарубежных государств, ведущие мировые эксперты в сфере экономики, права и международных отношений, руководители юридических подразделений крупнейших мировых компаний, представители международного юридического сообщества.

Как известно, уже пять лет «Успешный бизнес» проводит мероприятие сходного формата – ежегодную юридическую конференцию Best Legal – на Кипре. Поэтому нам было вдвойне интересно узнать об опыте наших петербургских коллег, услышать доклады политиков, юристов и прочих специалистов мирового уровня, ознакомиться с последними нововведениями в юридическом мире, обсудить насущные вопросы и завести новые деловые контакты.

В этом году ПМЮФ проходил с 15 по 19 мая в здании Главного штаба на Дворцовой площади, входящего в комплекс музея Государственный Эрмитаж. Он привлек более 4 500 участников из более чем 90 стран. Еще больше зрителей трансляцию в интернете.

ПМЮФ включал деловую программу и культурную программу, организованную для участников.

Основные мероприятия Деловой программы начались в среду, 16 мая. Программа форума была открыта пленарным заседанием «Будущее юридической профессии» с участием Председателя Правительства Российской Федерации Дмитрия Медведева. В своем выступлении премьер-министр заявил о «задаче для юридического сообщества – адаптации права к нарастающей цифровизации жизни». «Сделки в цифровой среде – это та реальность, которую мы больше не можем игнорировать», – отметил Дмитрий Медведев. Сейчас появляются абсолютно неизвестные и непонятные объекты прав, способы инвестирования в цифровые проекты, распространяется блокчейн, который выводит трансграничные финансовые операции на новую ступень развития.

Всего в рамках Форума прошло более 100 деловых мероприятий, посвященных 11 направлениям:
Международное право. Правосудие. Верховенство закона.
Юридическая профессия.
Smart-общество.
Международные проекты. Инвестиции. Финансы.
Судебная и арбитражная практика. Разрешение споров.
Недропользование. Энергетика. Экология.
Культура. Образование.
Частное право.
Новые вызовы: новая конкурентная политика.
Спортивное право.
Корпоративное право.

16 мая состоялась и первая церемония вручения премии ПМЮФ в области частного права. Данная юридическая научная награда, не имеющая аналогов ни в России, ни за рубежом, была учреждена в 2017 году. Награду за работу «Lex Mercatoria в теории и практике» (The Lex Mercatoria in Theory and Practice) победительнице Оршойе Тот, профессору коммерческого права Ноттингемского университета (Великобритания), вручил Председатель Правительства Российской Федерации Д.А. Медведев.

В рамках форума состоялась презентация книги «Правовые основы бизнеса в Китае», над которой работали лучшие российские и китайские практикующие юристы и теоретики в области права КНР. Книга была выпущена Центром азиатских правовых исследований Юридического факультета МГУ при поддержке Русско-китайского юридического общества.

С 2016 года под эгидой ПМЮФ традиционно стал проводиться Конкурс эссе. Участие в нем принимают студенты юридических специальностей любой формы обучения по образовательным программам высшего образования – бакалавриата, специалитета, магистратуры.

В этом году главной темой конкурса стал юбилей ратификации Россией Конвенции по правам человека. Победу в интеллектуальном турнире одержал студент 4-го курса Юридического факультета МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова Кирилл Гуляев с эссе «Есть у имплементации начало, но нет у имплементации конца». Наградил победителей конкурса эссе Министр юстиции Российской Федерации, председатель организационного комитета ПМЮФ Александр Коновалов.

В первый день ПМЮФ для участников в Большом зале Санкт-Петербургской Академической Филармонии им. Д.Д. Шостаковича состоялся концерт пианиста Дмитрия Алексеева, которого ценители называют самым ярким исполнителем и тонким интерпретатором Шопена в мире. Услышать вживую, как Алексеев играет Шопена, – большая удача, впечатление, которое запомнится навсегда.

Невозможно не упомянуть и об экскурсии по рекам и каналам «Северной Венеции» и знакомстве с городскими достопримечательностями.

На выставке в дни ПМЮФ были представлены 30 адвокатских мантий из коллекции Национального совета адвокатских палат Франции. Эта коллекция включает образцы мантий из более чем 40 стран, в том числе Азербайджана, Великобритании, Бразилии, Канады, Германии, Литвы, Польши, Португалии, Турции и др.

Главной изюминкой ПМЮФ стало мероприятие Legal Street, в ходе которого одну из центральных улиц Санкт-Петербурга на сутки переименовали и сделали пешеходной, превратив в площадку для неформального общения участников форума. Завершился Форум блистательным гала-ужином в Центральном выставочном зале «Манежа».

Мы с грустью расставались с новыми друзьями, надеясь, впрочем, на будущие встречи на наших мероприятиях. Хотим выразить благодарность Организационному комитету ПМЮФ за высокий уровень проведения этого потрясающего масштабного мероприятия.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
