Раздражение, злость и гнев – как разорвать замкнутый круг?

Вопрос: «В последнее время меня все раздражает. Я срываюсь на близких, могу накричать, обидеть и даже бросить что-­то в разозлившего меня человека – то есть совершенно не контролирую себя. После вспышки гнева становится легче, но потом я испытываю стыд и вину за свое поведение. Что делать? Как справиться со злостью? Можно ли научиться себя контролировать?»

ПОДГОТОВКА. ВЗВЕШИВАЕМ «ЗА» И «ПРОТИВ»
Главное в работе со злостью – признание своего права на выбор. В нашей жизни существует огромное множество вещей и событий, находящихся вне нашего контроля: погода, прошлое, другие люди, навязчивые мысли, физические ощущения, эмоции. Но есть то, что мы контролировать можем: свою способность делать выбор. Мы выбираем, что делать в плохую погоду (например, взять с собой зонт), какой урок вынести из прошлого и как отвечать другим людям. И самый важный выбор – это на чем мы фокусируем свое внимание: на том, что не поддается контролю, или на том, что контролю поддается. Я предполагаю, что вы, как и я, выберете второе.
Контролировать то, что мы делаем, когда чувствуем злость, полностью в наших силах. Мы можем быть злыми и пассивными, злыми и агрессивными или злыми и собранными/уверенными в своих действиях. Выбор за нами.

1. РАЗРУШЕНИЕ ПРАВИЛ «ДОЛЖЕН/НУЖНО»
Первый шаг – признать, что ваши правила «должен/нужно» разрушены. Мы применяем эти правила по отношению к собственному поведению, а также к поведению других людей. Например, мы требуем: «Он должен считаться с моим мнением», «Они не должны вмешиваться в мою жизнь», «Мне нужно контролировать ситуацию». Но в реальной жизни эти правила могут не работать.
Для начала мы можем принять обстоятельства такими, какие они есть, а не биться об стену, пытаясь изменить действительность или вовсе отрицая ее существование. Мы не контролируем других людей, но контролируем свой выбор.
Далее мы можем осознать свои ценности. Ценности лежат в основе тех правил «должен/нужно», посягательство на которые вызывает у нас расстройство, раздражение и злость. Спросите себя: «Какие позитивные ценности заложены в моем разрушенном правиле?». Правила типа «Он должен считаться с моим мнением» могут указывать на важность общения, взаимопонимания и сотрудничества. «Они не должны вмешиваться в мою жизнь» может обозначать важность таких ценностей, как свобода, уважение и саморазвитие. Мы не в состоянии контролировать других людей или заставить их следовать нашим правилам. Мы контролируем только собственное поведение.

2. ЧТО ПРИЧИНЯЕТ БОЛЬ?
Второй шаг заключается в анализе того, что причиняет боль, когда нарушаются ваши правила. Некоторые правила напрямую бьют по самооценке, чувству собственного достоинства, мировоззрению. Например, в момент нарушения правил вы можете думать: «Я жертва», «Я беспомощна в этой ситуации» или «Мир несправедлив». Конечно, больше всего нас ранит наша неспособность изменить поведение других людей. В этот момент скажите себе: «Нет никаких оснований полагать, что я могу менять поведение других людей. Каждый отвечает за свои поступки, убеждения; имеет свои ценности и правила. Возможно, поведение, которое я расцениваю как нарушающее мои правила, с точки зрения этого человека является попыткой помочь мне. И тогда я могу рассматривать себя не как жертву, а как человека, которому предлагают помощь».

3. НЕГАТИВНЫЕ АВТОМАТИЧЕСКИЕ МЫСЛИ
Третий шаг – это выработка ответов на негативные автоматические мысли, возникающие во время приступов злости, посредством формулировки более рациональных, уравновешенных аргументов.
Негативно: «Как он посмел!»
Рационально: «Он думает, что сможет мне помочь».
Негативно: «Ну надо же быть такой тупицей».
Рационально: «Все мы люди, и никто не идеален».

4. ЗЛОСТЬ
Четвертый шаг – это наша реакция на возникновение самой злости. Мы можем потренироваться в практиках релаксации (последовательной мышечной релаксации, визуализации). Или изменить значение злости для себя, воспринять ее как энергию для решения проблем, для достижения результата, соответствующего нашим ценностям и принципам. Злость становится проблемой, если мы используем ее в нарушение этих принципов. Эта энергия подпитывает агрессию, и мы обращаемся с людьми так, как не хотели бы, чтобы обращались с нами. Злость можно использовать в мирных целях, для положительных и принципиальных действий.

5. МОРАЛЬНОЕ ПОДКРЕПЛЕНИЕ
Пятый шаг заключается в том, чтобы проанализировать, какие убеждения превращают вашу злость в агрессию. Это рационализация, оправдывающая деструктивное поведение. «Он это заслужил», «Я хочу, чтобы им было так же плохо/больно, как мне», «Только так они поймут, что со мной нужно считаться», «Они сами меня довели» – мы должны признать, что эти убеждения являются контрпродуктивными, противоречащими нашим моральным ценностям и затягивающими нас в негативное поле угроз, сарказма, обвинений и оскорблений. Мы можем напомнить себе, что это путь тупиковый. Выход может быть найден, только если вы используете терпение, понимание, сострадание и такт.

6. АГРЕССИЯ
Шестым шагом является анализ ваших индивидуальных форм поведения, которые возникают при злости. Важно понять, что, разрешая себе действовать агрессивно, мы нарушаем права других людей. Мы можем изменить это, постаравшись посочувствовать тем, кто вызывает наше раздражение и злость. Встать на их место и представить себе, что они думают и чувствуют, попытаться понять их точку зрения. Это поможет уменьшить нашу злость и злость другого человека, благодаря чему нас услышат, и мы сможем начать рациональное и разумное обсуждение вызывающих раздражение ситуации или поведения.

7. ИТОГ
Седьмой шаг заключается в уменьшении чувств стыда и вины. Многие рассматривают приступы злости и гнева как повторяющееся поражение, неспособность контролировать себя. Но каждый эпизод злости можно превратить в шаг на пути к победе над ней. Для этого необходимо провести анализ и изменить неработающие правила «должен/нужно», негативные автоматические мысли, убеждения, позволяющие нам использовать агрессию. И тогда срывы и приступы гнева будут происходить реже и становиться менее интенсивными.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
