«Лучше пешком, чем нетрезвым за руль»

Автомобиль – источник повышенной опасности, везде и всегда. Однако мало кто помнит об этом, находясь за рулем, особенно после употребления алкоголя. А ведь именно в этом случае степень опасности повышается в разы. Для Кипра тема употребления алкоголя за рулем крайне актуальна. Реальность такова, что многие здесь считают возможным позволить себе выпить (и немало!) и после сесть за руль, рассуждая о размерах допустимого уровня алкоголя в крови, небольшого движения на дорогах, недостаточной бдительности дорожной полиции и, скажем так, общей расслабленности.

ЛЕГАЛЬНЫЕ ГРАНИЦЫ ДОЗВОЛЕННОГО

Законодательство Кипра предусматривает возможность употребления некоторого количества алкоголя перед тем, как сесть за руль. Водителям дозволяется управлять транспортными средствами с содержанием алкоголя на уровне 22 мкг на 100 мл выдыхаемого воздуха (или 50 мг на 100 мл крови). Исключение составляют начинающие водители, водители мотоциклов, грузовиков, автобусов, такси и транспортных средств, перевозящие опасные грузы. Для них норма установлена на уровне 9 мкг на 100 мл выдыхаемого воздуха (20 мг на 100 мл крови). К слову, меньший указанный уровень по данным некоторых источников соответствует естественному (эндогенному) содержанию алкоголя в организме человека.

Установлены следующие штрафы за превышение допустимого объема спирта в выдыхаемом воздухе:

– от 23 до 35 мкг – штраф 100 евро и до 2 штрафных баллов
– от 36 до 55 мкг – штраф 200 евро и 2–4 штрафных балла
– от 56 до 70 мкг – штраф 300 евро и 3–6 штрафных баллов
– более 71 мкг – наказание по решению суда: два года тюремного заключения, штраф 5 000 евро, 3–6 штрафных баллов, лишение права вождения на один год.

Даже если вам лично пока везло, то наверняка у вас есть знакомые, пострадавшие в ДТП с участием нетрезвого водителя. Счастье, если все остались живы, но статистика неумолима: в таких авариях гибнет множество людей.

ГОЛЫЕ ФАКТЫ

В августе этого года дорожная полиция проводила рейд, и за неделю было проверено 2 878 человек, из которых у 270 выявлено превышение нормы содержания алкоголя. Каждый пятый, остановленный за превышение скорости, оказывается нетрезвым. Вождение в нетрезвом состоянии – одна из главных причин гибели в ДТП на Кипре. В ЕС около четверти таких аварий имеют летальный исход.

По данным общественной организации Reaction от 21 октября, в результате неформальной проверки тех, кто собирался сесть за руль (речь идет о субботнем вечере и людях, отдыхающих в барах), у 47,5% уровень алкоголя превышал допустимую норму, а 17,5% вообще не пили. Остальные 35% немного выпили, но остались в пределах, дозволенных законом.

Сообщения о многочисленных нарушениях правил вождения на Кипре не редкость. Взрослые мужчины – местные и туристы, молодежь на квадроциклах, женщины на прокатных мопедах, врезающиеся в ограждение… Содержание алкоголя в их крови превышено в три, пять и даже десять раз.

I’D RATHER WALK THAN DRINK AND DRIVE

«Лучше пешком, чем нетрезвым за руль» – под таким девизом 5 ноября в Лимассоле пройдет ставшее уже традиционным шествие, направленное на привлечение внимания к проблеме вождения в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. Организует эту пешеходную прогулку благотворительный фонд The Dancing Queen Foundation в память о киприотке, докторе Йоте Димитриу, чья жизнь трагически завершилась в аварии по вине пьяного водителя. Любой желающий может присоединиться к предстоящей прогулке по Лимассолу, зарегистрировавшись на сайте фонда и заплатив минимальный благотворительный взнос.

Элени Часу, член комитета фонда: «Йота Димитриу была моей подругой, она погибла в аварии по вине нетрезвого водителя. Мы организовали фонд в память о ней, и реализуем мечту Йоты: помогать детям так, как помогала бы она. Кроме этого, при поддержке Дорожной полиции мы проводим разъяснительную работу в школах. Каждый ноябрь – в месяц гибели Йоты – мы организуем пешую прогулку, которой хотим заявить о недопустимости вождения в состоянии алкогольного опьянения. Эта проблема – международная. Трагедии не только уносят жизни, но и оказывают разрушающий эффект на семьи, на друзей и близких».

О ЧЕМ СЛЕДУЕТ ПОМНИТЬ

Концентрация алкоголя в крови зависит от многих факторов: вес, возраст, пол, тип напитка и его количество, употребленная пища, метаболизм, текущий уровень стресса… Вместе с тем, адекватно оценить свое состояние после употребления любого количества алкоголя может далеко не каждый. И каждая степень опьянения влияет на каждого водителя по-разному.

Одно остается неизменным: алкоголь влияет на организм человека, его реакцию, поведение, зрение и на его сознание в целом. К сожалению, взять такси или прогуляться пешком – эти такие простые способы избежать страшных последствий – почему-то не всегда становятся очевидным выбором для тех, кто выпил лишнего. Отказ от употребления алкоголя за рулем – мизерная плата за сохранение жизни и здоровья, за счастье и спокойствие в сердцах, умах и душах людей, живущих на этом прекрасном острове.

МНЕНИЯ РАЗНЯТСЯ

Лично у меня ответ на вопрос, сколько же можно выпить за рулем, один: нисколько. И я крайне негативно отношусь к любым послаблениям в этом отношении. Садясь за руль, я беру ответственность за своих пассажиров, за себя, за пешеходов и за водителей других машин. Я не могу позволить себе подвергать кого-либо опасности.

Примечательно, что довольно много мужчин считают вполне позволительным выпить бокал пива или немного крепкого алкоголя, будучи «на колесах». Если у человека нет проблем со здоровьем, небольшие дозы алкоголя слабо влияют на реакцию. Но некоторые – увы – не видят в вождении автомобиля даже в очень нетрезвом состоянии ничего достойного порицания.

Женщины в вопросе употребления алкоголя перед поездкой на автомобиле, как правило, более осторожны и могут позволить себе только, к примеру, пригубить бокал вина. «Если я немного выпиваю – всегда беру такси» – еще одно, распространенное среди дам отношение.

В заключение хотелось бы поделиться опытом моей подруги, проживающей сейчас на Кипре: «Было это в Литве. В семилетнем возрасте меня на пешеходном переходе сбил автомобиль, которым управлял нетрезвый водитель. Меня отбросило на встречную полосу. Если бы там ехала машина, я бы оказалась у нее на пути. Мою маму отбросило так, что она пробила лобовое стекло.

Неудивительно, что мое отношение к вопросу употребления алкоголя за рулем крайне негативное. От мысли, что на Кипре водители запросто выпивают, меня просто бросает в жар. Я боюсь за жизнь и здоровье своих детей и всей моей семьи. У меня психологическая травма на всю жизнь, я боюсь одна переходить дорогу. Поверьте, это очень страшный опыт».

    1            Application of terms

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
