Кто и как болеет коронавирусом на Кипре: полная статистика

Группа эпидемиологического мониторинга Министерства здравоохранения опубликовала отчет о распространении Covid-19 на Кипре по состоянию на 21 апреля.

Резюме доклада:

По состоянию на 21 апреля в Республике Кипр зарегистрировано 784 случая заболевания Covid-19 и 17 смертей.
Смертность составляет 2,2%.
Среди заболевших 22,5% — медицинские работники (177 человек), в том числе 4,8% — врачи (38 человек), 11,1% — медсестры (87 человек), 1,5% — другие медицинские работники (12 человек) и 5,1% вспомогательный персонал (40 человек).
Средний возраст больных — 47 лет, 50,5% — женщины.
Из 645 случаев, для которых удалось установить место заражения, местно приобретенные составили 535 (83%). Из них 10,3% (55 случаев) связаны с центральной больницей Пафоса и 14,4% (77 случаев) были зарегистрированы в муниципалитете Арадиппу.

Характеристика случаев

Среди всех случаев 49,5% составляют мужчины (388 человек) и 50,5% — женщины (396 человек). Средний возраст больных — 47 лет. В число заболевших вошли 47 детей или подростков в возрасте 0-17 лет (6,1%), 527 человек в возрасте 18-59 лет (67,8%) и 203 человека в возрасте 60 лет и старше (26,1%). В семи зарегистрированных случаях возраст не зафиксирован.

290 случаев (37%) зарегистрировано в регионе Никосии, 209 (26,7%) — в регионе Ларнаки, 146 (18,6%) — в регионе Пафоса, 83 (10,6%) — в регионе Лимассола и 40 (5,1%) — в Фамагусте. Семнадцать случаев (2%) касались либо жителей британских военных баз, либо людей, постоянно проживающих за рубежом.

Примечательно, что 119 случаев заболевания (15,2%) выявили в Арадиппу. Случаи заболевания, при учёте заразившихся сотрудников компании А. Zorbas and Sons Ltd, в основном зафиксированы среди мужчин (58% или 69 человек), средний возраст которых составляет 49 лет. Если не брать в расчет сотрудников компании, то среди заболевших в основном женщины (55% или 50 человек), а средний возраст заболевших — 55 лет.

Эпидемиологическая ситуация

Среднее время с момента проявления симптомов до даты теста составило 4 дня. В 12 случаях сбор биоматериала произошел до появления симптомов — в результате отслеживания контактов. История заражения известна в 645 случаях — 82,3% от общего числа. Из них 17% (110 человек) путешествовали за границу — в основном болезнь привозили из Великобритании и Греции. Местноприобретенными стали 83% случаев (535 человек), из которых 10,3% (55 человек) связаны с центральной больницей Пафоса. В Арадиппу зафиксировано 119 случаев, из которых 10 (8,4%) — привозные, 77 (64,7%) — местноприобретенные, по остальным нет данных.

Клинические особенности

Из 784 случаев Covid-19 клинические данные доступны для 95,9% (752 человек), из которых 28,1% (211 человек) сообщили об отсутствии симптомов при постановке диагноза, а 71,9% (541 человек) — хотя бы об одном симптоме.
Наиболее распространенные симптомы:
температура (39%);
кашель (32,9%);
миалгия (24,8%);
боль в горле (19,1%);
аносмия (17,1%);
трудности с дыханием (14,5%).

Кроме того, сообщалось о таких симптомах, как насморк, диарея и головная боль.

Анамнез больных

Информация о сопутствующих заболеваниях была в 656 (83,7%) случаях. Из них 284 человека (43,3%) сообщили по крайней мере об одной сопутствующей патологии.
Наиболее распространенными сопутствующими заболеваниями были:
гипертония (18,1%);
сахарный диабет (9,9%);
болезни сердца (9%);
злокачественные опухоли (3,9%).
Среди менее распространенных сопутствующих заболеваний были хроническая болезнь почек, аутоиммунные заболевания, хроническое респираторное заболевание.

Смертность

По состоянию на 21 апреля на Кипре было зарегистрировано 17 летальных исходов — показатель смертности 2,2%. Коэффициент смертности составляет 1,9 на 100 000 населения. Умерли тринадцать мужчин (76,5%) и четыре женщины (23,5%). Средний возраст всех скончавшихся — 76 лет. Среди них 6 жителей Ларнаки, 5 жителей Пафоса, по 2 жителя Никосии, Лимассола и Фамагусты.
В 12 случаях основной причиной смерти был именно Covid-19, таким образом чистая смертность от коронавируса — 1,5%.

Госпитализация и прием в отделение интенсивной терапии

В общей сложности 20% или 157 пациентов получили стационарную помощь, а 123 пациента (78,3%) уже выписаны из больницы. Средний возраст госпитализированных пациентов — 63 года.

Госпитализированные пациенты были в основном мужского пола (105 человек; 66,9%). В целом, 30 случаев или 19,1% от всех госпитализированных пациентов попали в отделения интенсивной терапии, из них 14 (8,9% от всех госпитализированных пациентов) все еще находились в реанимации по состоянию на 21 апреля. 25 из 30 пациентов отделений интенсивной терапии подключены к ИВЛ, из них на 21 апреля на аппарате искусственной вентиляции легких были 10 человек. Средний срок пребывания в реанимации — 10 дней. Для 10 пациентов, умерших в реанимации, средний срок составил 8 дней. Для 6 пациентов, которые были выписаны из отделений интенсивной терапии, средний срок составил 7,5 дней. Средний возраст пациентов, поступивших в реанимацию — 68 лет. В реанимации в основном мужчины (22 человека, 73,3%). Количество пациентов в реанимации — 1,6 на 100 000 населения.

Для сравнения, Италия и Ломбардия имели самые высокие показатели — 6,7 на 100 000 населения (4 068 человек) и 13,8 на 100 000 населения (1 381 человек) соответственно. Число пациентов в реанимации во всей Италии и в Ломбардии на 21 апреля составляет 4,1 на 100 000 населения (2 451 человек) и 8,1 на 100 000 населения (817 человек) соответственно.

Выздоровления

По состоянию на 21 апреля выздоровели 148 больных Covid-19 (18,9%). Среднее время между вторым отрицательным результатом и первой датой сбора проб составило 17 дней.

Сравнение с отдельными странами

По состоянию на 21 апреля на Кипре показатель заболеваемости составлял 89,5 случаев на 100000 населения, уровень смертности — 2,2% или 1,9 смертей на 100000 населения. На острове уровень тестирования составляет 4 222,2 теста на 100 000 населения. Следует отметить, что количество случаев заболевания, анализов и смертей на Кипре суммируется и включает лиц из-за рубежа и жителей британских военных баз.

В Италии показатель заболеваемости составляет 299,9 случаев на 100000 населения, уровень смертности — 13,3% или 39 смертей на 100000 населения. Тестов сделано 2399,7 на 100000 человек.
В США показатель заболеваемости составляет 240,8 случаев на 100000 населения, уровень смертности — 5,4% или 13 человек на 100000 населения. Тестов сделано 1233,6 на 100000 человек.
На Мальте показатель заболеваемости равен 89,1 случаев на 100000 населения, уровень смертности — 0,7% или 0,6 смертей на 100000 человек. Тестов сделано 5303,7 на 100000 человек.
В Швеции показатель заболеваемости равен 145,1 случаев на 100000 человек, уровень смертности — 10,7%или 15,5 смертей на 100000 человек. Тестов сделано 732,6 на 100000 человек.
